The house is located on a quiet street in Rockland County, NY. It sits on roughly a half acre of land; the house is in the middle of the property with a fenced in backyard. The large backyard also features a wooden swing set, a fire pit, a patio with grill and furniture, and a shed. 

In the front, the house boasts a large driveway, and 2 car garage. 

Inside, the house is an L-shaped ranch. Decent sized living room, 3 bedrooms, small to mid-sized kitchen, dining room, separate mud room/laundry room, and a finished basement with a bar.  

The house was used to film a scene for the film "Where is Kyra?".
